The intended behaviour: show the supporting source, respect the user’s document access and say when the approved material does not contain an answer. We test those behaviours before handover.

What is included
A 60-minute workshop, review of supplied policies and system summaries, a Company AI Control Plan, and a 30-minute walkthrough.
What is not
Implementation and legal or security audits are outside this review. Any setup or build is separately priced and optional.

Where does the data go?
Your plan records what is known, what still needs checking, and who should confirm it before staff use the workflow.
Where documents and records stay, and who may retrieve them.
What an external model may receive, which provider processes it and in which region.
What is recorded, where it is stored and how long it is kept.
Why not just use Copilot?
A licence is not an implementation.
Sometimes Copilot is the right answer. The remaining work is deciding who may use it, what information they can reach, what is ready to be found, what gets logged and which workflow should change.

Cloud, model-provider and source-repository accounts stay under customer ownership.
You decide what Airlark can access and can remove that access after handover.
